It's ok to feel sad



My dear you,
Let me to tell you it's ok to feel sad. It's normal to feel sad because it's too painful for you to handle this thing right now. It can make you emotionally unstable, but it's alright. 

Take some time to express it out through your coping strategy. Keep in mind of your strengths that can help you to build up the wall. 

It will be alright my dear. Just hold it for few days more.

Smile to the world and make friends with your strengths. It gives you power and leads you to the way you want to go.

There's always someone there
to teach you valuable knowledge 
which might go against your beliefs 
and it's so true for you to embrace it.
Don't worry, 
it's ok to feel sad.
